Driver Work Verifications
If you require a drivers work verification, please pay below $25 fee and e-mail/fax receipt along with your form. We will reply within one business day.
Driver Application
We are looking for dependable, honest and reliable drivers.
Drivers / (Independent Contractors):
-CDL Class A - Minimum 2 years experience
-Minimum 23 years old.
-No more then (2) minor violations or (1) accident and (1) minor violation in the past three years.
-Driver must have no Major Violations in the past 3 years.
-DOT physical and drug screen required
-Own, rented or leased Semi Truck 2006 or newer with Florida or IRP plate
-Able to pass our DOT monthly inspection
-Must Have or Be Willing to Obtain TWIC Card
